wrender
When I go to the Domain Registrars page, and select Enom and then put in my username, password and select "Test Mode" and then click "Save Changes". It doesn't appear to keep this registrar selected. When I go back to the "Domain Registrars" page, it doesn't show Enom as being "selected" from the drop down list. I have also tried setting up an enom test account, and activated my server IP address but when I submit a test order through WHMCS it doesn't register the domain in my Enom test account. Everything with the WHMCS order seems to go through without error. This leads me to believe that it's not working. I have tried the following: - Made sure pricing was setup - Double checked my enom username and password - Spoke to enom to ensure my account was indeed a reseller account in their system - enabled and ran the cron job for the enomsync.php Is it possibly because I am not paying for the order and leaving it in an "Unpaid" status?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 1, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 1, 2010 Domains are usually only registered when the invoice is paid, but you can manually force it by clicking the "Register" Module Command button on the client's domains tab.
wrender
Thanks for the response. I have everything working now, I ended up just skipping the testing stage as I was unsure about this.
