Setting up EMail replies to support tickets

Hi there, Folks

 

I'm brand new at this stuff and all so far working and looking very good. Thanks, WHMCS, the product appears to do exactly what it says on the tin. What fun!

 

Now... I've set up my ticketing system and the Email address the clients see when they get a reply from the system. Is there a way to set it all up so if they reply TO the address they get the ticket from, it automatically updates the ticket? That would be such a grand feature.

 

Any help gratefully accepted.
