2 Problems

Hey everyone,

Im facing two problems here one is pretty serious.

First, I have set up server groups, One is for a server that is not directly attached to my domain and it serves for a different purpose. I have the product i want set up to automatically use the specified group which the server is in, but when the accounts are created they default back to the original server making it unable to find the package and my customer wait. Any ideas?

The second is I have it set up to give out a free package and also a free subdomain when you purchase that package. But every-time when a user buys it, it still charges them the .01 i have the domain set at so it shows up. Is there anyway to make certain extensions completely free in the pricing or any tricks?

Thanks, I hope someone can help me out soon :(

1. If you want a product to install on a specific server group you should install that server group under Setup > Products/Services > Module Settings tab.

Also if you've selected the "Fill active server until full then switch to next least used" fill option then the default server in that server group will be used, so perhaps you've assigned the default server to the group?

2. If you could send the product order link so we can have a look that would be helpful.
