Support Department Issues

Hello,

I've got two issues I'd like to sort out.

1. I have created a new support department, (abuse@xyz.com). When a user emails abuse@xyz.com, WHMCS sends the auto-reply but does not list the email under support tickets. Could not figure out why this is happening!

2. When WHMCS auto-replies the "name" of the email is Company Name Support department, e.g. XYZ Abuse. Where do I set what XYZ (wrt to emails) is (WHMCS asks for company name in different places) and is there a way to have a different "name" for each department, rather then the automatic one given by WHMCS.

Help appreciated :)

Update:

Just went into phpmyadmin and found the missing tickets in tbltickets, but they aren't in Support > Support Tickets. But Admin home shows there are 5 tickets awaiting reply (the 5 missing tickets).

Still investigating...

2. I'm afraid not, it uses the company name from Setup > General Settings.

I would like to manually "hack" this. Is this possible? Can you point me to the file(s) I would need to look at to try to change the send from name when sending emails?
