manoti
Hello. I do not know if it is a bug or a feature that has not being integrated in the new AJAX Order form, but when I try to send a promotional code via the URL directly to the order page, it is not being detected and normal price is displayed. Can you help me ?

craiggallup
Where can you set up ajax to be used by default and if this cant be done where does a customer have the option to use it. Or do i have to set it up by product?
tommyinnn
You have to link to it (Setup / Products/Services) in the Edit Product page, look for the folder tab titled "links" More information can be found in the WiKi http://wiki.whmcs.com/Ajax_Order_Form
craiggallup
I do see the links under my product tabs but how can they be edited? And is there way you can just use the ajax by default instead of the cart system?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 20, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 20, 2010 No, you just need to change the links on your website/the WHMCS templates.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 21, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 21, 2010 1. That's correct. 2. No, you'd need to use the shopping cart in order for your clients to order multiple products in one go.
