Piping problem

I just created two forwarders in the pipe to a program I write public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php and I created a cron function like this | php -q /home/tarr/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php every minute. But in the support ticket log I have this message every time that the cron runs: Department Not Found. No more explanations about the error.

 

I´m very confused about it.

You're confusing the two different methods. If using an email forwarder with the pipe.php file you don't need to create a cron.
