SSL trouble

I'm having problems with ssl any link i click with in the portal it just redirects it to http: rather then what the links are pointed to https. i have looked into it and each time i was told it was in the code so i wanted to verify that with you guys because the problem is still the same with a default template.

 

i do have live support using an external JS file but i have removed them from the code previously and made no change.

WHMCS uses intelligent switching, so pages that don't require a secure connection (such as the portal home) won't use one to ensure your website loads as fast as possible. Additionally these items would cause a secure page to be invalid:
