WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 13, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 13, 2010 Are you able to stay logged in with the "Remember Me" checkbox ticked? Does your IP address change frequently (mobile broadband for example) you can try disable IP Session Check under Setup > General Settings > Security tab.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 13, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 13, 2010 If you're on mobile broadband disabling the session IP check should resolve the issue for you. This won't be a problem on a normal internet connection.
