I am evaluating this software to determine if it meets the billing needs of my company. I have been impressed with the demo, but have a few questions.

 

Can billing cycles be user-defined by client?

Can I specify by customer automatic vs. require approval on invoice generation?

Can invoices be custom by customer?

How do I setup charging for overages (like bandwidth)?

What if my payment gateway is not on the list?

#3. I have customers that only want to see a consolidated bill for all 10 sites they are charged for, and other customers that want to see by line item each domain site and the charge (even though it is the same amount).

WHMCS has a "Pay All" button that will consolidate all outstanding invoices into 1.
