Ticket Summary - Closed # off

Hello greatest WHMCS community!

I believe I just found a bug with the Ticket Summary page. I currently have 2 tickets in the system but the "Closed Tickets" count says I have 5 closed tickets -- what gives? I think this counter is way off and it's basing that # on the number of time a ticket was closed (and I did close/open one ticket a couple times).

Screenie attached.

Thank you!

Ok, figured it out. Turns out in the past when I tried to configure POP piping, someone sent a ticket and then I was doing FORWARDER piping and I sent in 2 tickets so those 3 added up in the system but wouldn't show anywhere (no idea why).

So I went ahead and emptied the "tbltickets" table and now the count is down to 0.

I'm just starting to use the Support part of the system now so it's not a problem for now. I will update this if I see any issues again.

BTW, thanks for a kick-ass product! (Can't say this enough times)

Oh snap, now I remeber why it might have done this. Because there were 2 departments created in the past, which I deleted recently and started afresh. So I guess when you delete departments, it doesn't delete all tickets in it, just leaves them like orphanes.

Would this be a valid feature request: when deleting Support Departments all tickets under said departments should be carried over to another department?

Thanks!
