rvrsd Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 Hello guys, For some strange reason a customer keeps getting auto suspended for an unpaid bill that "he has already paid for" I processed the payment manually. I'm not sure whats going wrong with this customer. I even deleted the paid bill to see if it works but nothing..he keeps getting auto suspended.
