How can I have Billing & Hosting details included in one email to customer?

Hi,

 

When a customer orders web hosting, they receive the billing and hosting login details in 2 seperate emails.

 

Is there a way I can include the WHMCS billing login details and the hosting login details all in just one email?

 

At the moment my customers are receiving 5 emails, WHMCS Billing email, Web Hosting email, Paypal payment email, Invoice email, and an order confirmation email as well. Phew!!

Sure. You'd edit the product welcome email to include the client area login, then disable the Client Signup Email template. You can also disable the invoice email under Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab.

If I check "No Invoice Email on Order", will that disable the sending out of invoices for everything? i.e new invoices that would normally be sent out for recuring charges? Addon products etc?

 

And would the invoices still be available to the client in the client admin area?
