Bluebirdut
Hiya, Were just in the process now of importing all our domains from our various domain suppliers into WHMCS. The question i have though is that i can set a domain to be invoiced x days before it expires, but as we are primarily a web development company we would rather have the following scenario; Domain is up for renewal on 18th October 2010, Our customer will be invoiced on 1st October for any work that has been carried out for them during the last month. We would like this invoice to include any domain names that are up for renewal within the next month. We want to avoid if possible the problem with a customer getting and invoice from us on 1st October and then again 14 days (for example) just for the domain name. Am i missing a setting somewhere or is this not available? Thank you
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 1, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 1, 2010 You'll just need to set the Next Due Date for the domain to the 1st October, then remember when you bill clients to set the Next Due Date of the Billable Items to the 1st October also. That way when the invoices are generated they will be merged together.
