Bitter
I noticed lately that my WHMCS has been creating accounts when people purchase hosting, but it never lists them as on the server, so technically, the account is made, but no hosting gets provided. Nothing happens in WHM and no account is truly created. Any way I can fix this so that when people purchase hosting, the account is created on the server, instead of listing the server as "none" until I manually choose the server in the client's products/services tab in WHMCS?

Bitter
Thanks, hopefully it will work now. Are Email templates associated with the servers? Because my customer who recently bought hosting said the email he got after purchasing the hosting was blank, and I don't mess with the templates, so I was curious if it was blank because of the server issue, so the account didn't fully connect with the server to provide all the details for the email?
