Reply in Support with old messages

How and where do i set the option when i reply to a support ticket that the old messages are also send with the email?

This shouldn't be necessary as the previous messages are kept in the support ticket itself. However you'd need to delete the contents of tblbreaklines directly in your database to achieve this.

 

Before making any changes direct to the database always backup.
