How can the admin change a domain's NS records ?

Hi,

 

If i want to change the ns records of a domain name (from the admin panel) how can i do it ?

I tried just changing the ns records shown in the domain details form and hit Save Changes but that didnt work.

 

Do i always have to log in as a client and do it from their control panel ?

You can update them from the client's domains tab, that's correct. Some registrars require the domain to be unlocked first, and certain TLDs (like .uk) it takes a few hours for nameserver changes to to effect.
