kylevorster Posted August 31, 2010 Share Posted August 31, 2010 Hey, We've just suspended a customers account because they had a domain renewal invoice outstanding but the system sent them a mail saying they have a "hosting amount" outstanding even though the hosting invoice was marked as paid and only the domain renewal invoice was outstanding.
