Can licensing addon work for non-php application?

1. Can it work for non-php application, e.g. C sharp or Delphi application.

 

2. Can it be used for intranet applications, my application is often deployed on intranet and ip address may not be fixed - however, my application can retrieve harddisk serial number as unique identifier.

But for #2 I am sure you could change some variables in the script to either simply ignore the ip, or change the ip variable to something different, like hd serial number.

I doubt it can be used for a non PHP Application, as I think it is made for PHP.

We use this script and it can only be used for PHP based appications and scripts.

#1 All it does it retrieve vars from the licensing server... I think it could be used in any language if you know how to interpret the response.

 

#2 The code to verify the response is editable, it's the same code that sends the variables to be stored in the database of WHMCS. So yeh, you could send back a HDD Serial instead of an IP I guess.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't. You would just need to convert the licensing checks into whatever language that you're working in; to send/receive/parse/store the license information.
