eliteqs
hi have setup the system, and setup several clients. i was hoping the system would auto charge people, but it does not seem to be doing so. i setup some hosting packages. and set them up for recurring services, thinking it would auto recharge. but it is not doing it. is there a certain option, which needs to be activated? what i see is this in one example: Silver Package - sample.com $30.00 USD Monthly signup date 07/07/2010 next due date 08/07/2010 it shows and did successfully charge the client $30 on 7/7/2010 however on 8/7/2010, it did not charge the client again.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 16, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 16, 2010 Which payment gateway are you using? Has the renewal invoice been generated? Please check Utilities > Activity Log, do you see an entry marked "Cron Job: Completed" every day?
eliteqs
i am using the eprocessing gateway. i looked where you mentioned, and there is not CRON JOB, COMPLETED. i will look into why the crob job is probably not running. which would explain the issue. thank you
eliteqs
well, i looked on my hosting control panel, in the cron jobs, and it looks as though it is running. i even tried running it manually, but opening the web browser and entering the url. example: http://www.mydomain.com/billing/billing.php it was a blank white page. i then checks the activity log, and again i dont see anything in the lines of "cron job completed" what does this mean? how i can i proceed. please contact me by email if possible eliteqs at yahoo.com
