You can edit all details (login, key, url etc) and use another installation but that defeats the purpose. I have put in a request to allow Profiles in the app , so that we can use it with multiple installations. We're US based, so it's CDMA for us - four HTC Droid Incredibles, and one Motorola Droid. So, here's my two cents, re... FEATURE REQUESTS: * "Show my flagged tickets" * "Open a new ticket" (either 'generic' or from a specific client profile) * Show tickets for a specific client.
