No Images, and WHMCS terminating domains unexpectedly!

I am having a couple problems with my WHMCS.

 

1st:

When I load up the main page, it loads just fine, when I click on Setup > Products & Services, the page loads fine but, when I click on a product to edit it, it only loads the text and no images. When I try and click on "Module Settings", it won't do anything at all. it won't go any further. I have uploaded a screenshot of this to this message.

 

2nd:

My WHMCS is terminating accounts for no reason. This has happened twice now. This morning I got a support ticket from a client saying his website wasn't working. I checked his account in WHMCS and it said "Terminated". I am the only one with access to the WHMCS admin panel, and I know I didn't terminate it, so I am at a loss here. I have no idea why it's terminating accounts!

Please tell me what could be causing this so I can sto pit from terminating accounts without me doing it!

1. Which server module are these products using ? cPanel, Plesk etc.

 

2. Suspension/termination is based on the Next Due Date, so you need to ensure that's set to a date in the future.

It's running on a cPanel server.

 

I did notice that the account was terminated the day after his invoice was due but, he paid it that day, and it did register as being paid.

I'd recommend opening a support ticket with admin and FTP login details (as well as the account in question) for us to investigate both issues.

I get my WHMCS license through my host. Do I need to get the WHMCS support desk login details from them, or can I just create an account?

You don't get a login to our client area, but can submit support tickets via https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=13
