enom registering name servers

Has anyone registered a name server for a .co.uk domain, with enom? You can't do it automatically, the page tells you to go to the support center.

What I would like to know is do I have to e-mail enom and get them to do it?

I would assume you open a support ticket, telling them the nameservers you would like to register (example: ns1.somecompany.co.uk) and the associated IP address to point them to.

Unfortunately I can't open a support ticket, as they reply "your account is a sub reseller account, you must deal with reseller directly ", and the reseller tells me to open a support ticket with enom.

I have the go to "dns server settings " and enter IP address -- name servers

Then you should move to a better reseller - they are *obliged* to asist you, it's their job in exchange for getting all tat commission on your domain purchases !
