BasilFawlty
Ok, I have two packages set up in WHMCS, Bronze and Silver. I also have the same exact two packages in cPanel/WHM on my server. However, when I get the list of packages to import domains from my server, it says that the Bronze Package does not exist in WHMCS. However there is a package by that name in my WHMCS and it is spelled exactly the same. Even the capitalization is the same. What gives?
laszlof
Did you set the correct name within the Module Settings for the package? The actual package name has nothing to do with what is imported from cPanel.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 6, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 6, 2010 You need to enter the WHM Package Name in Setup > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab exactly as it appears in WHM.
BasilFawlty
Ok, thanks. I was just entering the name on first page and not going into the modules section. The Documentation isn't as clear as it could me on this.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 9, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 9, 2010 It's definitely written there When it comes to the Module Settings tab, select "cpanel" in the module dropdown field and then for a shared hosting package: 1. If the package exists inside WHM, just enter the WHM Package Name. You may leave all the other individual settings blank. 2......
