Intercode Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 Hi there, Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the previous message history when replying to tickets directly in your email client? Currently if my client replies to a support ticket his new message and all the previous messages from that email/ticket history are added to the ticket. In other ticket systems it only imports the message above the reply line so the ticket history does not get repeated in each response.
