Skeptical
I purchased the Live Help Addon, but now there are problems. Whenever I try to chat as a user, after filling out my personal info and clicking "continue", I just get stuck there waiting for the next page to load. Sometimes it'll take like 3 minutes before I start chatting. I don't know what it's waiting for. Also, once in chat, the "options" button's features, such as push, image, url, doesn't work at all. I've tried this with Google Chrome and IE8. Both aren't working. Anyone know what this is?

Skeptical
Yes everything was done exactly as specified. It's working, it's just that it's very very slow.
