http 500 error after checkout

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

We are setting up the WHMCS here and we have problem after the checkout. Normally the client shoud be redirected to an automatic generated invoice after ordering. Instead the user receives an 500 - internal server error. If we change the function that the user is created after our approval we get the same error in the administration panel. In both cases if we hit the refresh button the error pages goes away and the invoice is showed. All the confirmation e-mails are showed properly and the user is also properly created in Plesk.

Anybody an idea what our problem could be???

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately a 500 Internal Server Error error is just a generic message from your server, it could be that ioncube is incorrectly installed or there are some settings in a .htaccess file causing an error. In order to find the exact cause of the error please refer to your error logs. With this specific information we can then help troubleshoot the issue.

When I check the trace of the error I receive the folowing:

ModuleName="FastCgiModule", Data1="FASTCGI_SETSTATUS", Data2="500 Internal Server Error", ErrorCode="The operation completed successfully.

Is this the error log you need or do you need a the very long logs??

Thanks
