Cron Problem

I'll be honest, I've never used WHCMS before and I have a client that just threw a problem their having at me. I'm trying to take the time to learn a bit about the system, but mostly I just would like to solve the issue at hand as quickly as possible, so I can move on to the rest of the work they've sent me.

The problem they're having as presented to me is: "Hosting Script (WHMCS) has some issues with the cron jobs. It is suppose to auto charge clients when the cron is run, but it doesn’t. It will only send late notices"

If anyone can point me at least in the direction to look to solve this, that would be most helpful. I'm just always at a loss diving into a substantial piece of software like this with no real prep time.

Thanks,

Tracy
