tracybarker
I'll be honest, I've never used WHCMS before and I have a client that just threw a problem their having at me. I'm trying to take the time to learn a bit about the system, but mostly I just would like to solve the issue at hand as quickly as possible, so I can move on to the rest of the work they've sent me. The problem they're having as presented to me is: "Hosting Script (WHMCS) has some issues with the cron jobs. It is suppose to auto charge clients when the cron is run, but it doesn’t. It will only send late notices" If anyone can point me at least in the direction to look to solve this, that would be most helpful. I'm just always at a loss diving into a substantial piece of software like this with no real prep time. Thanks, Tracy
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 20, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 20, 2010 As long as the licence is in the client's name they can contact us via support ticket directly for support. Have your client check Utilities > Activity Log. What messages do they see beginning "Cron Job"?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 20, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 20, 2010 Well that all appears normal. Please have the licence holder open a support ticket with admin login details and a client + invoice number they believe should have been automatically attempted.
