non dedicated servers

hello1

Question

hi,

1) does whmcs works on non dedicated servers ie shared hosting ( eg: bluehost.com )

2) are we able to sell hosting from our shared hosting account ( ie if i have a non reseller account from bluehost.com would it be possible for me to resell that ) if not what good hosting companies can be easily integrated with whmcs ( like we integrate to domain sellers )

3) if we resell domains from resllerclub do we have to update our pricing or is there any automatic way to do that like automatically adding a percentage to our buying price ( because if it pick pricing from the resellerclub account we are using, we have to update that manually )

4) if we are selling domains from resellerclub where does my customers login from to manage ther domains, scenario is below

i have two sites, site "a" which has whmcs installed and makes the sale, site "b" is my resellerclub supersite

a) can they login into whmcs and mange there domain setting ie nameservers, and other settings

b) are they redirected to my supersite

i am asking this because i want to manage my clients from a single site ie site "a" and resllerclub would reserve a domain for the supersite which cannot be used for other purposes

if i am wrong kindly correct me, and kindly also tell better options if any

regards

Hi there, to answer your questions:

1. Yes. Just check it meets our system requirements: http://wiki.whmcs.com/System_Requirements

2. No. Pretty much any company that offers reseller accounts of our of our supported hosting control panels would work: http://whmcs.com/modules.php

3. You need to manually specify the pricing for each domain. If your cost price changes, you'd need to manually update the price in WHMCS.

4. They login to WHMCS to manage their domains, they'd never see the Supersite.
