Live Chat transcripts not saved

Hi,

 

I read that the live chat module is supposed to save any sessions as tickets under that client when the chat is ended.

 

We've had numerous chats using this software but have only ever seen one get added as a ticket. Is there anything special that needs to be done to get it to save to a ticket or is this a known bug?
