texklemer
I've been getting two errors that I assume are related. These errors happen while trying to transfer a domain. Here are the screen shots I've called enom and had them whitelist my server's ip address, I've double checked that my enom login/pass are correct, and verified that I have a reseller account with enom. Any ideas?

scurrell
The "Domain not found" shows until the domain transfer has completed. It's normal.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 7, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 7, 2010 Regarding the first error, please review: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Enom#IP_Registration_.28Registrar_Error_Invalid_Client_IP.29
texklemer
Ok, all my errors are gone, but I can't tell if the domain is actually transferred/transferring. My enom account shows no activity, and WHMCS says that it's transferred, but the whois is still the old hosting company. Any ideas
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 8, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 8, 2010 Go the the Reports page in your eNom account and run the "Transfers In Report". It should be listed there. If not, that suggests the transfer wasn't initiated.
