w1nk5
I have a question regarding the order form. Currently it requires a user to enter their state via a textbox. However, some clients may enter the same state in different ways for example: Prince Edward Island or PEI.. depending on how the state is entered in the taxes section no taxes are applied if it doesn't match exactly. What do you suggest?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 29, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 29, 2010 You'd need to create a tax rule for "Prince Edward Island" and a second for "PEI".

com2
That does not really solve the problem. Every typo error would still cause to go without tax. The only way around it is to have a select box instead of a text field and that would be a feature request.
