Import From OPTIGOLD ISP

Hi Folks

 

Just discovered this product and forum and must say it sounds as though I've found the replacement, at long last, to OptigoldISP.

 

Is there an import facility that will help us migrate from Optigold to WHCMS or will we need to manually enter every client?

 

I guess a related question would be how many clients can WHCMS handle? We currently have 1500 customers, although some are no longer active.

 

Lastly, what sort of machine, OS, etc. must this application be installed on?

Hi,

Unfortunately we don't have an import script for OptiGold available, however please open a support ticket and include a copy of your database, or at least the database structure and we can usually provide a quote for creating an import script.

Their support staff helped us move a few thousand accounts from Optigold not too long ago. It took some massaging to get everything just right, but it was WELL worth it. Get started as soon as you can -- you will be thankful.
