paleagha
Here is the scenario: Lets say a client has a product that he subscribes to on Jan 1, 2010 and its a monthly recurring product. He will get charged again on Feb 1, 2010 and Mar 1, 2010. Then on Mar 20, 2010 he decides to cancel. Then again on Jul 15, 2010 he decides to come back and activate his package again. Questions: 1. If we change the product status from cancelled to active on July 15th, what happens? Is he going to get charged again immediately or on Aug 1st? 2. How much is he going to be charged? Is it pro-rated? Tx!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 29, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 29, 2010 WHMCS will try to invoice the client for each back-payment they missed, so the best situation here is to leave the existing account as cancelled and have the client place a new order. You might need to temporarily disable Setup > General Settings > Ordering tab > Block Existing Domains to facilitate this.
