rcasey
Hi folks I'm having an issue with the admin password reminder. When I attempt to send a reminder from the login page, I'm getting an error up: "There has been an error sending the message" The apache server logs aren't showing any errors but the local mail logs seem to suggest that WHMCS is trying to authenticate even though I haven't set a username or password for mail delivery in WHMCS and authentication on the local mail server isn't required: Jun 28 17:21:02 postfix/smtpd[25130]: connect from localhost[127.0.0.1] Jun 28 17:21:02 postfix/smtpd[25130]: > localhost[127.0.0.1]: 220 ***.***.*** ESMTP Postfix Jun 28 17:21:02 postfix/smtpd[25130]: < localhost[127.0.0.1]: EHLO ***.***.*** Jun 28 17:21:02 postfix/smtpd[25130]: > localhost[127.0.0.1]: 250-***.***.*** ... I'm not having any issues with customer password reminders or other emails being sent from the system. It seems to be restricted to admin password reminders. WARNING - Don't do this with your primary login as you may be locked out. TIA
