HostXNow
Can I offer End User Support to my own clients with WHMCS? Does WHMCS support this yet or do we have to use Kayako?

0 WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 28, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 28, 2010 Not really, WHMCS isn't designed for that. You can create a support department and have the end-users email in for support, but it would be branded to your company and not your client.
0 HostXNow
What are you looking to do? I would like to offer support to my Reseller's client's as well as be able to get my own host to help with answering support tickets for my VPS and dedicated server clients. This is good for when I'm not around. They offer End User Support and provide an email to use but WHMCS doesn't allow CC or anything?
0 HostXNow
I figured out how to set it up using WHMCS http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=30874 Will be even better when we can edit admin email templates.
