sohouk
In connection with importing AWBS data into WHMCS (http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=153667#post153667) does the script import the AWBS login passwords into WHMCS so the clients can login without resetting their details? I tried a number of logins with user / pass details I had imported and they all failed : ( I am not sure I want to have an avalanche of clients all requesting login details when I go live with WHMCS as I have over 7,000 clients and it may be a bit much to handle in one go!! WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 25, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 25, 2010 Unfortunately it's not possible to import passwords, so your clients will need to request a password reminder in order to login.
sohouk
Hmm... Thats not too good. As in any web based service there are bound to be a lot of users who have not got their emial addresses up to date. With quite a few users I can see the support desk will be overflowing
