Proconhosting
I tried logging into the client area this morning and suddenly I can't get in. Using my email and password, I get the message "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again." If I try resetting my password, I get the error "No client account was found with the email address you entered". I can't put in a support ticket, which is why I am posting here. Hopefully someone in support can help me with this.
HostOrca
Is the email address you are using setup as a client account, or is it setup as the admin?
mknjhill
admin account is a username, not a email i believe... atleast its that way on my install... I think he may be talking about the client area here on WHMCS.com
HostOrca
admin account is a username, not a email i believe... atleast its that way on my install... Yes I know, but the admin user still has an email address associated with his admin account. If he was trying to use that in the client area then it would not work. I think he may be talking about the client area here on WHMCS.com That makes more sense. The only thing he can do then is submit a ticket either to billing, or sales.
Proconhosting
I'm talking about the client area here on WHMCS. I can't submit a ticket because I can't sign in.
HostOrca
You should be able to submit a ticket to the sales department
