new account info mail not sent: how to check template syntax?

I use whmcs 4.1.2 and all the other mails send just fine and I can aslo send the new account mail manually but it will not send it out on auto when an account is created. from what I have read on the forums I may have an error in the syntax of that template but not sure how to check this??? Can anyone see errors in my template syntax???

If you can send the email manually it won't be a syntax error. Please ensure the welcome email is selected under Setup > Product/Services > Edit.
