How does client order addon to domain? e.g. id protect

I can't see the spot to order an addon - neither under "Domain" management or "services". IT isn't listed in docs either.... does an admin have to do it?

They order it when the domain is registered/transferred in. If they want to add it at a later date you'd need to invoice them manually and add the services directly via your domain registrar.
