jmcgowan
Hello Everyone, I am having a problem where 2 clients are charged every night when the cronjob runs instead of monthly as they should be. I have reviewed the products for which they are subscribed and the specific orders and cannot seem to find out why. For example - Customer Jane would be charged tonight for July's hosting, tomorrow for August, and on and on. They should only be charged once per month. Other customers are not having this issue. I know this is probably a simple fix (checkbox or something somewhere) but cant seem to find it. Thanks to any/all that can assist! -J
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 16, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 16, 2010 So new invoices are generated each night and then charged? Can you check the dates on the invoice, are they definitely for dates in the future...not backdated?
jmcgowan
John, You are correct, they are backdated, apparently I did not notice it says 2009, not 2010. What do I need to do? Thanks, -Jeremy
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 17, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 17, 2010 If you don't want the client to be sent backdated invoices then just navigate to their product/services tab and set the Next Due Date to a date in the future (when their next invoice will be due).
