Hi there,

 

Ive just signed up for the demo / trial account and am interested in buying..

 

Now i have a resellers account with hostgator.. altho i am having trouble configuring this... ive provided my hostgator cpanel username and PW and can see this is working.. but once i make a new account... and sign up for a "hosting package" i only get 2 welcome emails and no server / cpanel details... am i doing something wrong or is the trial account limited ?

Ok i seemed to have got it working....

 

I would still like it to email the customer with cpanel / login details... is this possible and if so how so ?

When the account is created on the server successfully the Welcome Email you have selected (Setup > Product/Services > Edit) will be sent. If you select the Hosting Account Welcome Email template it will contain the login details.
