bangsters Posted May 31, 2010 Share Posted May 31, 2010 Hi. We are switching our billing from HC8's built in to WHMCS, but we hit some snag. 1. We have a nonbranded license. But after installing, WHMCS is in footer, and logos show in login, and numerous links. Did I download the incorrect zip file? We are using 4.2.1 2. I cannot get into the admin login if I leave the "Remember me until I logout." unchecked. If I check the box, I can login. What could be causing this? 3. Chances are this could be related to number 2. I tried using the signup pages, after step 2, and assuming I select, "I will update my nameservers...", It goes back to step 1, and I cannot complete signup. We have installed all prerequisites based on the install docs and readme file (ioncube is installed server wide, GD, Curl).
