melvinneo Posted May 26, 2010 Share Posted May 26, 2010 Hey, Probably, the answer is already in this forum. I tried finding but to no avail. That's why I'm starting this thread here. Here's my question. I'm using the latest version 4.2.1. I know I can reply to support ticket direcly via email. But somehow it didn't work for me. Let me elaborate, I created two administrators and when someone submits a support ticket, the two adminstrators get notified via their email. However, when one of them tried replying direct from the email, the reply is not going out to the client and it's also not updated on the WHMCS portal at all. Did I miss out any settings?
