copernico
When I receive a ticket, the staff people allowed to answer receive a notify message like this: A new support ticket has been opened. Client: xxxxx Department: xxxxxx .... ..... You can respond to this ticket by simply replying to this email or by logging into the administration area. http://www.mydomaym.com/members/admin/ At least I need to get rid of the admin URL, Why?, because if someone quickly reply the message and forgets to delete all the notifying text it goes quoted together with the answer including the admin url which should be private (it has been renamed for security as adviced). I looked at the emails templates but this piece of text is not there. Maybe I'm missing something, but I couldnt find it. Any help please? Thanks!

copernico
Admin emails cannot be customised, so unfortunately that isn't possible. Ok, thanks for the response, but take this as small feature request, support staff already should know how to get into the admin area, so removing that last line will not do any harm at all, but will stop sending some inside information by mistake. Thanks again!
jnet
Last year we asked too. This must not be difficult to achieve. Every time we respond we need to remove that line again and again.
