TLD's not showing on order pages? (I want... to register a new domain for me)

Hi everyone,

I have a problem and I cannot see what I have missed?

 

I have setup ENOM as my domain registrar and setup pricing for all the TLD's that I want to offer.

 

However, on the Order pages of the shopping cart the TLD's are not showing up?

 

It should say:

www. BLANK BOX. DROP DOWN

 

The blank box is where the user enters the domain name, and the DROP DOWN is where they would choose .COM .NET .CO.UK etc. However the DROP DOWN is empty for me, and I just cannot figure out why?

 

Can anybody help me? I would be extremely grateful.
