WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 14, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 14, 2010 Looks like you're using quite an old version of WHMCS, hence the unknown error. It's usually caused by the server details in Setup > Servers > Edit being incorrect. But if you open a ticket with your admin login details we can say for sure.
cwalke32477
I am suddenly getting the same thing. Just started occurring today. It's been activating accounts just fine for 6 months. Now all of a sudden, it won;t activate accounts. It is the latst version too. I also verified the server settings.
