I want to allow my customers to add funds to their accounts in my site ( WHMCS script ) even if they don't have any related services or active service or needs to add this funds .

" You must have at least one active order before you can add funds so you cannot proceed at the current time! "

I want to allow them to add funds any time they want .... how ?

Its a bizarre choice for the WHMCS developers to operate this way!

Whilst maybe it could default to being 'on' there should be a toggle to allow admins to disable this 'feature'.

When we imported our AWBS site, we had quite a lot of users who add funds every now and then and it was confusing and irritating to have to create a manual order each time.

I am not sure if the WHMCS developers have taken this on board, but its something that should be addressed.

As you say, you are responsible for your clients!

Maybe so, but it would be useful to have a choice in the matter! A simple check box on the clients profile wouldbe good.

The problem we (and anyone doing a substantial import into WHMCS) is that clients who have been with us years could not actually place orders because of this feature as they had not actually placed a WHMCS originated order.

The only option was to manually create orders as we went along which was manually very taxing and confused the clients.
