Hi,

I have configured and added the server but it seems that it is not connecting to the host regardless when I make a dummy purchase to trigger the auto setup..

Mine is using Cpanel and I have already make sure that the correct username and password has been entered into the Server >> Server Details..

I would appreciate any help from the members here, thank you.

"This response means you have a firewall blocking the connection. The port being used depends on what module you are using but for cPanel it would be 2086/2087, Plesk 8443, DirectAdmin 2222, etc... "

So this means my server has a firewall blocking the creation of the account?

Can you enlighten me what should I do next? Should I work on my server or change the settings in my WHMCS? Sorry I am confused..

I thank you in advance for your help.

Possibly.

The issue appears to be with the server, so nothing you edit in WHMCS will help. Check the server you're having trouble connecting to and see if the ports are blocked. How and what you do to unblock will depend on which firewall is in use.
