kctan Posted April 25, 2010 Share Posted April 25, 2010 I have just installed a brand new copy of WHMCS in my site: http://websproutconsulting.com/webhosting/whmcs/ But whenever I login and click on the tabs (reports or setup >> payment gateways etc), it keeps directing me back to the login page at: http://websproutconsulting.com/webhosting/whmcs/admin/login.php Besides this, I also notice that my WHMCS page is not loading properly and some of the links return a 404 error.. Is there something went wrong with my installation? robb3369 Posted April 25, 2010 Share Posted April 25, 2010 I'm guessing that your WHMCS System URL is set to http://websproutconsulting.com/whmcs/ and not http://websproutconsulting.com/webhosting/whmcs/...The bad news is that you probably can't get to that setting in the admin panel (Setup -> General Settings -> General Tab -> WHMCS System URL)... If you have access to myPHPAdmin, open that up, click on your whmcs table, click on the SQL tab, and add this, then click go! Hi John, may I know what settings should I check on my server? This problem comes back again no matter which browser I use... FF, Chrome and IE all gives me the same problem.. But how to resolve this? Hi, my problem has been resolved but not sure which part fixes the problem... I now always login with the 'Remember me' box checked. And yes, there is another thing.
