subigo Posted April 24, 2010 Share Posted April 24, 2010 For more than a month now I've had issues with people paying their invoices with paypal and then the invoices never being marked as paid. I don't find out about it until the client complains about getting an invoice reminder after already paying. I'd say this is happening with 1 out of every 20 payments or so. Has this been a problem for anyone else? Nothing at all even appears in the transaction log. Then click the Message ID that relates to a payment that is missing from the Gateway Log in WHMCS. HalbrookTech Posted May 1, 2010 Share Posted May 1, 2010 I have a client on a subscription, the payment processed today, $ is in PayPal, but the system doesn't see it, checked the IPN history and the URL is pointing to the wrong URL (googling the path gave me a lot of hits for WHMAP) So I'm guessing the URL is stored with the subscription? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You'll need to cancel the subscription and have the client create a new one with their next invoice.
