PayPal IPN - Some payments not being marked

For more than a month now I've had issues with people paying their invoices with paypal and then the invoices never being marked as paid. I don't find out about it until the client complains about getting an invoice reminder after already paying.

 

I'd say this is happening with 1 out of every 20 payments or so. Has this been a problem for anyone else? Nothing at all even appears in the transaction log.

 

I don't have issues with any other processor... just paypal.

I have a client on a subscription, the payment processed today, $ is in PayPal, but the system doesn't see it, checked the IPN history and the URL is pointing to the wrong URL (googling the path gave me a lot of hits for WHMAP) So I'm guessing the URL is stored with the subscription?

That's correct, it's stored in the subscription. You'll need to cancel the subscription and have the client create a new one with their next invoice.

 

If you have lots of subscriptions that need changing and the URL is on your server, please open a support ticket and we can provide a callback redirect script
